The Yearbook of the "Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad" - Wie, Wat, Waar 1941
has two pages with burgees.
Koninklijke Marine Jacht Club, Willemsoord (that's Den Helder,
Noord-Holland) - white burgee with an orange diamond charged with a yellow
crown. No homepage found, possibly somewhere in the huge site of the KIM
- Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine. However after the German invasion
of May, 1940, this club was prohibited (and perhaps never revived)...

Watersportvereniging Monnickendam, Noord-Holland, after image on this
website - green burgee; at the hoist a white trapezoid, running into
a white disk charged with a green letter M. This is an old harbor along
the Zuiderzee..
