The flag is displayed at the building see of the the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (Mexican Football Federation) at:

The FMF was founded 1927, affiliated to FIFA in 1929, and affiliated to CONCACAF (current Football Confederation) in 1961.
México has organized two Football World Cups, one in 1970 (then called Jules Rimet Cup) and the last one in 1986.

The flag consists of a white cloth proportioned 4:7 with four equal wided vertical stripes in the third part near the hoist (from hoist to fly): white, green, white, and red; the remainder is centered by the FMF emblem.
The emblem is a depiction of the Piedra del Sol (Sun stone), incorrectly known as Aztec Calendar, hold by a Mexican eagle. A football ball at the bottom; the achievement surrounded by a ribbon with the Federation's name in capital letters.
