This is the flag of the Mexican Olympic Committe (Comité Olímpico Mexicano
-COM) as a Civilian Association (a kind of non-lucrative body).
The logo is a stilized tricolor in green, white and red, behind the
Olympic Rings, above says "México" (Mexico), and bellow "Comité Olímpico
Mexicano" (Mexican Olympic Committee).
This flag is hoisted along with that of the IOC and the
"marketing" flag.
There is a varian of this flag, check that there is no text (it could be seen in several offices at the COM building).
