Overview

Novo Virje is community about 15 km east of Korpivnica and some 5 km NE of Šurdevac. It was established in 1997. The statutes of the community issued in the official gazette (<www.glasila.hr>) describe the CoA and the flag: Statut Opcine Novo Virje, 30. rujna 2001. Službeni glasnik Koprivnicko-križevacke županije, br. 11/01, god. IX, Koprivnica, 5. listopada 2001.
The coat of arms of Novo Virje is: Azure a St. Joseph's staff maroon issunat from base from which are issuing three lilies argent. The flag is blue with white bordered coat of arms of Novo Virje.
These symbols must have been adopted after 1998, I guess. The community site at <http://www.novo-virje.hr> shows the CoA.
