Overview

According to the French Navy Album, issue 2000 [pay00] - President of the Republic (7:11) - Tricolour with the greater coat of arms in the middle is the version for use on land. A note by the figure explains that the version at sea is in shape of the naval ensign. Coat of arms used here is taken from <www.rk.ee> and resized as appropriate.
