Vyškov town flag

Vyškov is the seat of Vyškov district in the South Moravian region of Czechia, and the only district-seat without any flag - so far; however at this webpage are flag and CoA, approved by the Czech Parliament on 27 Feb 2004, and inaugurated by Mons. Jan Graubner, Archbishop of Olomouc, and Metropolite of Moravia on 10 Sep 2004
