- Panoší Újezd, Rakovnik district, Central Bohemian region - flag adopted
9 Dec 2002; Flag and CoA are at this
website - the flag has only a white crossbow on red; the CoA has a
nasty slant-eyed Tatar holding the crossbow. This seems to remind of a
fierce battle in 1552 in which the Krivoklat borough was involved. This
seems to be canting, as the design seems to explain the name of the municipality
and the (so far) unresolved Újezd mystery.
Description in Czechian: CoA: Stříbrně obroubený červený štít, v
něm uprostřed stříbrná horní polovina postavy panoše s kuší (samostřílem)
mířící k pravému rohu štítu.
Flag: Na červeném listu vpravo u žerdi stříbrná kuše (samostříl)
mířící do horního rohu k žerdi. Šířka ku délce praporu je 2:3.
