Skalice municipality flag

Image after Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí Čr (2002) - Skalice, Hradec Králové district, Hradec Králové region - adopted 31 Jan 2002. Flag and CoA can also be admired at this website; apparently the good Skalice citizens are still a bit annoyed why one proposal was adopted and some others not - however IMO Jan Tejkal made a great design of flag and CoA (the CoA has the real white rugged mountainstops); description:
CoA: "V modrém štíte s modrou vlnitou patou vyrustá ze stríbrného zvýšeného skalnatého trojvrší vpravo zlatý dub, provázný vlevo zlatou knížecí korunou s cerveným cepcem a hermelínovým lemem."
Flag: List tvorí dva vodorovné pruhy, modrý a bílý, oddelené pilovitým rezem o trech zubech zasahujících do 1/4 šírky listu v pomeru 7:1. V modrém pruhu vyrustá mezi prvním a druhým zubem žlutý dub." (dub = oak)
