2002. The CoA is on this
website with the announcement that the flag and CoA had been granted
by Mr. Vačlav Klaus, and a description of 3 designs by Miroslav J.V. Pavlů,
one of the Czech master-designers.
Flags and CoA are identical: a red field with in the center a yellow
fl;eur-de-lis between two knives with yellow haft and white blade; on the
bottom a white bunch of grapes.
