I have just received from the Government of Cundinamarca a
book that deals with on the shields and flags of this department.
This book is called "Shields, Flags and Hymns of
Cundinamarca", written by Rosalba Salazar Gallo for the
Secretariat of Culture of Cundinamarca. Here is
the flag of Viotá (in Tequendama Province). The
colors in the book are green and red which is incorrect. The
correct flag of Viotá is RED and GREEN in a horizontal bi-stripe
with a 3:2 scale.

From <www.cundinamarca.gov.co>:
Note: The image in this site show GREEN over RED
as the Previously Reported Flag.

Yesterday, I've called at the Municipality of Viotá, and they
confirmed me the colors of the flag. The colors are RED in first
place and GREEN in second place, in a horizontal bi-stripe.
Confirmed by Municipality of Viotá, Mayor's Office (in Spanish
means "Municipio de Viotá, Despacho del Alcalde").
