The flag of usual pattern with the royal crest and ribbon bearing
the name of the state. I used Graham's image for the crest. I
used the navy blue as the flag background, even if the actual
flag might be using the same shade of blue as in the national
flag (which is notably different from the UJ dark blue). This GG
flag must have been adopted around the same time when the red
stripes were added to the national flag, that would be 1981.
Previous GG flag was of the defaced UJ type, shown e.g. in [smi80].
