Pittem (6,500 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Tielt.
The flag is: Party per pale, Gules and Argent, in the pale Argent two quintefoils Gules, one in the upper corner of the fly, one in the lower corner in the middle of the flag. Proportions are 2:3.
The flag was adopted on 1 April 1985.
