Description of the flag

Deerlijk (11,000 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Kortrijk.

The flag is: Argent, a chevron Gules, in the upper corners three blocks Gules, placed along the border of the flag, in the lower corner four (1:2:1) blocks Gules. Proportions are 2:3.
This flag is a banner of the municipal arms.

The flag was adopted on 11 March 1986.
