The third proposal has both yellow and white lines, and the same number of both. I am not sure how to understand that the "alternating lines making a yellow-white triangle."

It is just a guess, but maybe it means that the white stripes (that come "out of the fly end") are not of equal length, even that they end in "backslash", those making the region where yellow and white stripes overlap to remind of a triangle. That might even come as a nice design? Maybe not for a national flag, but...

This design has ten bars with a triangle made into the centre of the flag. The triangle looks like a map of the country. Again the bars seem to be without fimbriations.
