The laurel branch alludes to Bolivar’s triumph of Casacoima with which the Royalist’ presence in Guayana was annulled and the olive tree branch remembers the wisdom, peace and glory that presides over a promising and shinning future for the region. The motto remembers the calmness, the tranquility,  the concord and the bonanza in the state and the enamel of the pennant (vert) alludes to the verdure of its forests, fertility of its ground, the hope, the abundance and the freedom.
- Historical Synthesis - Until the moment of the redaction of this report, is not available data about the origin and official adoption of this Coat of Arms. However, it’s seems probable that in a time it was the one of Bolivar State, assigning it to then Federal Territory and today Delta Amacuro Statel territory when it was converted in a separated geopolitical entity on 1901.
