About the Flag

A news bulletin issued by North Carolina State University on 29 Sept 2000 announced the selection by the school's trustees of the first official flag for the University. According to the announcement "The first official flag for NC State University features the graphic identity (sometimes referred to as the "brick" logo) as well as the block 'S' logo. It was chosen from among more than 100 entries."
