Manassas is located
in Prince William County in northern Virginia. Manassas, like Fredericksburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach, and others, is what's known as
an "independent city" in the Commonwealth. This means that it is its
own municipal entity, not subject to any county government, although the
entire city of Manassas is surrounded by Prince William County. Anyway,
the city's flag features the city seal displayed on a white field.
Unfortunately, the version of the flag that I have attached uses a very poor rendition of the city seal. I will
continue my search for a better version of the seal. In the meantime,
hopefully this will serve to hold you over until then.
