I just read the latest issue of FLAGSAM (no 9-10, 2000) published by the Canadian Flag Association, Kevin Harrington, Editor.

Amarillo's flag has a map of North and Central America on it (see Chris's graphic above). Kevin says that the flag in the Amarillo City Hall display case does not show Cuba! Harrington also says the ribbon is red (vs W in Chris's drawing) and the Stetson hat at the bottom is white (vs Chris's blue.)
