The flag is apparently the seal on white as shown on
http://lawrencecountyohio.org/33.htm. The three symbols found on the
Lawrence County Flag/Seal, designed by the Lawrence County Genealogical Society,
were selected because of the significance of the originals in the developing
history of the county of Lawrence.

The flag seems to be a simple white cloth with the county's seal in it,
probably centered. The seal contains the words "LAWRENCE COUNTY / STATE of OHIO"
in the outer ring and four elements in the central area: a branch with a couple
of red fruits, probably apples, hanging from it; a drawing that looks like a
small farmhouse with a fence and a bit of field surrounding it; a Mississippi
basin riverboat, and a small scroll containing something I guessed to be the
county's incorporation date: 1816.
