In September 1995 the City of Celina in Ohio adopted a new flag. It is divided into a green upper part and a blue lower part with narrow white stripes. In the center is a circle or medallion with text and a picture of the Town Hall, a lighthouse (in Ohio!), a map, and a few ears of corn. The thing is that it is specified that the text "City of Celina" should be in "Goudy Old Style Bold type" while the word "Ohio" should be in "Goudy Old Style" (not bold). To me it seems quite strange to specify in such detail.
