Description of the flag

A dark blue field with a grey image of the moon, showing craters, footsteps, and a national flag, partially overlain by a red outlined white county map bearing the name and date of the county, an Indian pipe and arrowhead, two cobs of corn, and and industrial silhouette.

The moon on the flag is because Neil Armstrong was born there and graduated from Wapakoneta High School. His grandparent's farm was out toward New Knoxville. More details can be seen at http://www.space.com/news/a11_armstrongbio.html.
