This image was located at http://www.mexicomo.net/, which is not the municipal website, but a commercial site; the popup caption calls it "logo" and not "flag"; and right clicking to review the properties shows that the file name is just <images/MexMO2.GIF> , again no mention of "flag". The official city website doesn't seem to show any logo or flag like that- see http://www.mexicomissouri.net/index.php nor does the local chamber of Commerce website (http://www.mexico-chamber.org/).
