Cecilton's flag appeared in the city site at http://www.dol.net/~cecilton/page2.html,
but has since been taken down. The image was captured and
stored here.
Cecilton is in Cecil Co.

An unusual flag from the village is mentioned in the description of the coat
of arms. See
http://www.ccvillage.org/layout.cfm?cat=30&subcat=34&cc=2. It says "The
Village flag waves above all." Triangular
flag with no description I see.

I'm not sure if it is really supposed to be triangular, or if it just appears
that way because of the way it is illustrated as waving. There is a slightly
better view of it in the image of the coat of arms on the Town's
police uniform patch. See
http://members.aol.com/Lev928/CCVPD.jpg. Still not large and clear enough to
be able to describe the flag adequately, but at least we can see that it is
yellow or gold with black markings.

District Heights' flag seems to be the city seal on a yellow/gold background. District Heights is situated at Prince George's County. The seal can be found at http://distheightsmd.virtualtownhall.net/images/townhead.jpg.

This image originally captured from
http://www.townofindianheadmd.org
on 10/24. This image is no longer available (must have been on their bulletin
board) showing the town flag with a full colored city seal. The city seal is at
the bottom of the homepage (not the logo at the top of the page). Indian Head is
located in Charles County, MD. The major employer is the Surface Weapons
Division of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Taneytown's flag is the city seal on yellow, as seen in photos of civic officials, for example, http://www.ci.taneytown.md.us/images/jimm-02.jpg.
