Chevy Chase

An unusual flag from the village is mentioned in the description of the coat of arms. See It says "The Village flag waves above all." Triangular
flag with no description I see.

I'm not sure if it is really supposed to be triangular, or if it just appears that way because of the way it is illustrated as waving. There is a slightly better view of it in the image of the coat of arms on the Town's
police uniform patch. See Still not large and clear enough to be able to describe the flag adequately, but at least we can see that it is yellow or gold with black markings.

District Heights

Indian Head

This image originally captured from on 10/24.  This image is no longer available (must have been on their bulletin board) showing the town flag with a full colored city seal.  The city seal is at the bottom of the homepage (not the logo at the top of the page). Indian Head is located in Charles County, MD.  The major employer is the Surface Weapons Division of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
