The website at
http://city.ci.saint-helena.ca.us shows the city seal in a single ringed
circular format, with a muddy violet brown background color throughout; the
entire image is bordered by a thick dull olive colored ring. At the top of the
central image are the words 'CITY OF' in square yellow block lettering, and the
words 'SAINT HELENA' are similarly written at the bottom. The image itself
consists of a cluster of pale green grapes suspended from a very dark green twig
with similarly colored vine leaves at the head of the cluster.

The arms on the flag were used as a logo on the St. Helena website at one
time, but no longer. An archived copy of the page is at

There you can see the arms being used as a logo- the image's file name is
CityFlagWhite, which prompts two questions: Was there actually a flag or was it
just the arms? Were there other versions besides white?
