Following a picture of the emblem on Yahoo News, the flag was constructed. The emblem of the IMF was shown on a red background in a Yahoo News article on 12 March 2004.

The IMF and World Bank do have flags, but I don't think they are ever flown at headquarters. Where I have seen them displayed publicly is on cars carrying IMF/WB officials in charge of their offices in countries where this is customary.

A photo at the Burkina president's website shows what seems to be the flag of IMF/FMI: blue with a yellow logo quite different from the one we show above.
