The City

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Has arisen at 1973 on territory of Varash village as settlement at the Rivne atomic power station. Varash is known since 1776. The new settlement was named Kuznetsovs'k at 1977 in N.Kuznetsova's honour - the Soviet provoker after which acts of terrorism in 1942-44 German invaders have carried out mass death penalties of local population on Volyn'. The city is supposed to return the name of an initial settlement - Varash."
