The flag is square, horizontally divided green-red (3:7). The green stripe is charged with a yellow acorn surrounded by three oak leaves, two horizontal leaves flanking the acorn and the third being placed vertically above it. The red field is charged with a music intrument with strings, which seems to be the Ukrainian national instrument, the bandura.

According to the site, the instrument is "Kobza".
