From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in December, 23th, 2003 by the decision of VII city council session of IV convocation. The square panel has four equal square fields, top from a staff (with a yellow bow with the arrow upwards) and bottom from free edge (with a yellow patty cross with semicircular ledges on the ends) are blue, and two others are yellow."

"It was confirmed in December, 23th, 2003 by the decision of VII city council session of IV convocation. Azure; or patty cross with rounded ledges on the ends, above it is or bow with the arrow upwards. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by gules urban crown with three prongs. The author is A.Grechylo.
The image of the cross and the bow with arrow was used on city stamps in XVII-XVIII centuries.
