"The board with gules by the triangular chief charged above
with a or cross, is gulesuced engraily is per fess by verts and
azure. The triangular chief backlined by a filament with the
alternating argent and sable strias retaining a argent key,
suspended on it, attended on the right and at the left in or
digits "16" and "67" derivations, accordingly
designating a year, of a settlement. The shield is crowned with
an argent mauerkrone with three towers and framed two pine
branches, which are twined with the gules ribbon with the name of
city - "Krasnyi Lyman" below. The author is
O.Kyrychok.By colour solution of the coat of arms is exhibited,
that in neighbourhoods Krasnyi Lyman the agriculture (vert colour
and ear wheat of yellow colour round the coat of arms) is
advanced. The vert colour is necessary to understand and as
"a vert fess" of Donets'ka oblast', that is underlined
also by branches of a pine enclosing a board of the coat of arms,
vert, one from the most non-polluting zones of Ukraine.The gules
colour in a combination to a or cross is invoked to show, that
Krasnyi Lyman is founded by the Cossacks.The light-azure
styliform extremity shows, that in neighbourhoods of city many
lakes - due to this are disposed, and also pine woods Krasnyi
Lyman became one from most popular vacation spots of Donetsk
area. Besides, Krasnyi Lyman - one from the largest railway
servers of Donets'ka oblast', that is reflected by a silhouette
of a railway cloth. The key underlines, that Krasnyi Lyman is
northern hiluses of Donbas."

Heraldry:
"City in Doneck (Donets'k) Oblast. The City is known since
1667 as Cossac fortress a shelf on Izum road. Is called on a name
of lake Lyman, near to which it is situated , and wore this title
up to 1938."
