The flag of the Minister of Navy do not appear in any subsequent source. This flag is used today by the Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces.

National Geographic (1917) [gmc17] shows for the "Secretary of Navy" (that is, the Minister of Navy) a flag in proportion 3:4, red with four white bombs, placed one-two-one, and an anchor in a white fimbriated canton.
