Presentation of the party

The Liberal Democrat Party (Liberal Demokrat Parti - LDP) was founded on 26 July 1994. As suggested by its name, the party promotes the liberal ideology and has radical suggestions for the economic and social life. For years it was lead by Besim Tibuk. However, because it could not succeed in any elections, he resigned. As of January 2004, the party leader is Emin Sirin.
