The Flag

Sacacoyo is at La Libertad Department. Interesting that the flag at top of the official site: <sacacoyo.isdem.gob.sv> is a political flag of ARENA and not the municipal flag which can be seen at photo at <sacacoyo.isdem.gob.sv/concejo.htm> and looks like a Coat of Arms on white.
