There is only a description of the flag of Nemčice village, Topolcany
district, on this
website::
"Zástava obce Nemcice pozostáva zo štyroch pozdlžnych pruhov vo farbách
modrej 2/6, žltej 1/6, bielej 1/6 a zelenej 2/6. Zástava má pomer strán
2:3 a ukoncená je tromi cípmi, t.j. dvomi zástrihmi, siahajúcimi do tretiny
jej listu."
Roughly translated: hor. BYWR 2:1:1:2 - double swallowtail.
