Coat of arms of Radlje ob Dravi - Image by Željko Heimer, 5 May 2004
The coat of arms of Radlje ob Dravi is based on a XVIIth century seal, picturing on a red field silver Archangel Michael standing with wings displayed holding in his dexter a flamy sword and in his sinister scales and with his sinister leg over a dead dragon vert. Along the chief is inscribed "RADELAH MERINBERCH RADLJE", the first being (I believe) the oldest variation of the city name, the second is the German version and the last the modern Slovene name.

Former flag of Radlje ob Dravi - Image by Željko Heimer, 7 February 2000
The former symbols of Radlje ob Dravi are given in Banderas municipales de Eslovenia, published in Banderas [ban] #58 (March 1996). The article explains that the coat of arms is based on the seal of XVIIth century, red with Archangel St. Michael in silver, with a golden wavy sword and scales standing over a green dragon. The flag (que carece de especificaciones oficiales) is white with the upper stripe blue and the lower red, with the coat of arms in the middle. The flag proportion is 1:2. The source mentioned in the article is Decision Glasio Krajevne Skupnosti, 45 / 91-7-526, adopted 7 March 1991.
The above image is made according to the image issued in the article. The image is possibly incorrect in the shield shape, and it is quite likely that the design has been officialized since.
