Municipal flag of Komen

According to a picture shown on the municipal website, the flag of Komen might be horizontally divided light blue-yellow with a yellow square above a light blue square near the hoist. On the picture used as the source, the flag is partially furled around the flagstaff and possible emblems added on the flag cannot be seen.

Stanič [stj05] does not mention any symbol for Komen but a "tourist emblem".
