Alternative interpretation of the flag

Based on a personal web site, developed by an inhabitant of Palau, which shows the flags of all the 16 states of Palau. The flag is blue, with an outline of the island, surrounded by a double white ring. According the census Ngeremlengui has an area of 65 sq. km, a population of 281 inhabitants, and the capital is Ollei.
