Description of the Flag

Based on a personal web site, developed by an inhabitant of Palau, which shows the flags of all the 16 states of Palau.  The flag is light blue, with a yellow triangle bearing a brown tool and two stems of a green vine. According the census Kayangel has an area of 3 sq. km, a population of 124 inhabitants, and the capital is Kayangel.
