The flag is quartered in yellow and black and the coat of arms
has a silver field with a big green cross of
Avis with a yellow three-towered castle over the intersection
of the arms. In the free space at the bottom two “heraldic” black
eagles face the cross. What are the devices at the top, anyone
knows?
