upside down flag according to the text at Lexjuris site
by Thanh-Tâm Le, 12 January 1999

The bottom image follows the text. The top flag has different stripe widths according to the image at Lexjuris site .
Thanh-Tâm Le, 12 January 1999

The flag giffed by Thanh-Tâm Le following the text. seems to be upside down. The correct flag is presented at pueblos-de-puertorico.com site (defunct) . On Lexjuris site the flag-description is evidently erroneous as far as I can make out:
Jarig Bakker, 31 January 2000

You are right, it is upside down. It also says that the stripes proportions are 5:1:5 Green, Red, White.
