Zielona Góra county flag
Zielona Góra is a county and a city with county-rights.
The Zielona Gora County uses a very modern flag design. Three diagonal
stripes on yellow cloth. Blue stripes symbolise the rivers Oder and Bobr,
green the vegetation of the region.
The county flag adopted on 29 Jun 2000.

Zielona Góra is a county and a city with county-rights.
The city flag of Zielona Góra has a yellow vertical stripe on hoist.
It was adopted 30 Jun 1965 by the City Council.

Zielona Góra is the seat of Zielona Góra county; it is a former
regional seat. A town since 1323, a vassal of the Czech kingdom since 1331,
and annexed to Czechia in 1506 and to Prussia in 1742. In Poland after
1945. Ca. 115.000 inhabitants. German name: Grünberg in Schlesien.
