Tonight I found the site of Starogard Gdański at this website, with a CoA matching the one on a yellow field and typical Polish proportions - so: here is the Starogard Gdanski commune flag - Starogard Gdanski county in Pomorskie vojvodship (Old German name: Preussisch Stargard).
