I noticed that FOTW don't have anything about Kartuzy. Let me change that: I am attaching an image of Kartuzy's CoA, and present some info about this town.
Kartuzy - the capital city of Powiat Kartuski (Kartuzy County) which administratively belongs to Województwo Pomorskie (Pomorskie Vojvodship) and is 2.7% of its territory. Kartuzy is situated 32 kilometers from the capital city of vojvodship, Gdansk.
