Wesola is a city in Minsk Mazowiecki county in Mazowieckie vojvodship, Poland. The city statutes are topped by flag and CoA. This is supposed to be a cheerful flag, as "wesol" = cheerful - and to be honest: the sun is a nice sight (especially in Poland, I assume). Adopted 28 May 1999.
