If I assume correctly the image available at this
website should be the flag of Krasnystaw.

This should be the flag of Krasnystaw, but it's only the communal logo.
Krasnystaw's Arms and Flag are still proposals waiting approval.
The Statut says:
"According to the proposal, Arms of the Commune shall be in the shape
of the Shield, which shall contain, on Green background, the image of the
Fish - Carp - in Gold color in the middle of the twig of Hops (we talking
beer here - Humulus Lupus) in Silver color.
Proposal of the Flag contains a rectangular piece of cloth in ratio
5:8 and Green in color. In the center there are Arms of Commune without
the Shield.
Proofs of Arms and Flag should be submitted to the proper authorities
for approval and, after the positive response, should be put in use. (October
10, 2002)."
