I was in city (Gdynia) today and I saw the flag, which is hung at every
17th December - an anniversary of workers' surprising of
14-17 December 1970 in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Szczecin and Elbląg. This accidents
were bloodily finished by army and militia - more than 40 men were killed
and the most known in Poland is massacre near a city-rail station Gdynia-Shipyard,
at 17th December.
I attached an image of this flag - GRUDZIEŃ means "December" in Polish.
