The flag of Peru’s leading football (soccer) club, Alianza, consists of five horizontal stripes, very, very, very dark blue and white, with a white triangle at the hoist bordered by two thin red lines and bearing the club badge in the same dark blue.

According to the flag page at the club website, this flag was adopted in the 1930s and is similar to the flag of Lima. The three crowns in the badge are also drawn from the arms of Lima and represent the three Magi, Lima’s patron saints. The flag flies in the stadium along with Peru’s national flag, and the two narrow red stripes separating the white triangle from the blue and white field are intended as an allusion to the Peruvian flag.

A cursory look at the image on the website and that above will lead you to think the stripes are black. However, the text says "azul" and a check of the image of the club badge on the site indicates an RGB of 0-0-51.
