In Whitney Smith's book [smi75b] (page 266) there is on the Nigeria page a flag of State of Lagos. What is interesting is that the flag is in proportions approx. 5:6, green-white-green with coat of arms in the middle (not Nigerian but some other) obviously based on Nigerian flag.
