Macao Provisional Flag Law

At the "Imprensa Macau" web site, there is the document grants legal status to the flags of both Provisional Municipal Councils (órgãos municipais provisórios): Macau and Islands.

The law, is called: Regulamento Administrativo nº 6/1999, it was approved and published on December 20, 1990, and in effect from the same date. The articles and appendixes regarding the provisional municipal flags (article 16 and appendix XII) were abrogated by the "Regulamento Administrativo nº 32/2001" approved on 17-18 December, 2001 and in effect since January 1, 2002.

(…) Artigo 16.º Bandeiras dos órgãos municipais provisórios 1. As bandeiras dos órgãos municipais provisórios de Macau e das Ilhas são as constantes do Anexo XII ao presente regulamento administrativo. 2. Salvo disposição em contrário, o prazo de utilização das bandeiras referidas no número anterior não pode ultrapassar o dia 31 de Dezembro de 2001. (…)	(…) Article 16º Flags of the provisional municipal bodies 1. Flags of the provisional municipal bodies of Macau and the Islands are shown in the appendix XII attached to the present administrative regulation. 2. Except for disposals in the contrary, flags referred in the article before shall be used just until December 31, 2001.

The 2001 administrative regulation, as told above, abrogated both the article 16º and appendix XII, of the 1999 regulations in the following terms:
