Delčevo (17,726 inhabitants in 1994) is a town located on the river Bregalnika, close to the Bulgarian border. The town is named after the Macedonian revolutionary Goče Delčev.

The municipal flag of Delčevo is vertical, in proportion 3:2, vertically divided white-dark blue with the municipal shield placed in canton.
The shield shows a landscape, whose elements are the light blue sky, a dark mountain and blue water in foreground. A white statue representing Goče Delčev and a building are also placed on the shield.
