This flag might also have an horizontal version red-over-yellow-over-blue. The colours probably originate from the emblem of the town.

Flag of Mešeišta - Image by Ivan Sache, 4 March 2002
The small town of Mešeišta (2,918 inhabitants in 1994) was incorporated into the municipality of Debarca in 2004.
The flag of Mešeišta (2,918 inhabitants) is vertical, in proportion 2:1 (vertical). The charge in the central blue field of the flag recalls a nerve cell or a specific kind of cell called asterocyte, but its real meaning is surely totally different.
